Swakopmund and Walvis Bay
The wind was pumping when we reached Walvis Bay, so instead of going into town to do the tourist thing, we drove straight to the Sophia Dale camp site which is 10km inland from Swakopmund, at least this camp site was protected, Doug and I managed to pitch our tent and get some rest. The following day we did the tourist thing in both towns, the museum at Swakopmund was very interesting. No photos allowed!!
